Yes you have read correctly, the new MINI E is an all electric, emmission free vehicle and is due to be launched in Germany in early Spring 2009.
To begin with 500 MINI E's will be deployed in the USA, followed by 50 in Berlin for day-to-day use. This is a MINI experiment and hurdles may need to be overcome so as soon as we hear the feedback, we'll let you know. |
